About the Position

In the role of preparation worker and process operator, you will contribute to a good and qualified sense of products and quality as well as efficient production. Cocandy does not store finished products but manufactures on order.

As a Preparation Worker and Process Operator, your tasks will include:

· Production according to the established production list

· Ongoing control of sugar cooking. Perform CCP controls

· Ongoing control of foam and chocolate production

· Preparation and mixing according to recipes

· Daily ongoing control to ensure products meet established specifications

· Managing production to minimize waste

· Notify the responsible person of any quality deviations

· Break relief according to the manager's planning

· Daily cleaning, tidying in the factory, cleaning of machines, ongoing according to the manager's planning

· Picking of coconut balls at the assembly line

Requirements

· Swedish spoken and written

Desirable

· Forklift license A-B

· Experience in food production

· Experience with quality systems, FIFO
